Hello,

power off the printer and unplug the printer completely. Try to hold it upside down and gently shake it so that the paper inside it is removed. do not drag the paper in other for it not to get torn.

After, the paper has been removed power on the printer and check the ink cartridge to ensure there is ink inside it and it is well place and fix in its place. Now try to print again.

Take care.

I tried that and still can not release the paper

    Hello,

Pull the paper out gently since it is visible. Grasp the paper and pull gently but firmly. If the paper continues to
jam in the printer, inspect the rollers to ensure that they are grabbing
the paper and pulling it along the paper path properly. Place the printer back online. Try the print job again.

    Take care.

I tried pulling and ore the paper that was sticking out. I know that it is not welded in there but it feels like it.

    Hello,

I believe this is a ne printer, if it is, i will suggest you return the printer to the dealer to complain about the problem because this looks like a mechanical fault or maybe the paper are wrongly placed on the feeder tray, i will not advice to continue pulling out the paper in other not damage something important.

I suggest you take it back to the dealer to lay complain about this. They might replace help to disassemble to remove the paper .

    Take care.

Printer dock does not pick up paper.

I cleaned the wheel as a previous user had advised - I also pushed up the metal catch that sits under the printer and lifts the paper cartridge and it started to print. My replacement printer however didn't respond to this, however at least I have one that works.

For how long it will continue to do so is another question...!

Regards,

D

I have an Easy Share printer dock series 3 that has paper loaded

To prevent misfeeds and to make sure your pictures look their best, we recommend that you keep the feed roller clean. IMPORTANT: Unplug the power before cleaning the feed rollers.
  1. Unplug the AC power cord from the power outlet.
  2. Remove the paper tray from the printer, and leave the paper tray door open. IMPORTANT: Do not use cotton or cotton swabs to clean the feed roller.
  3. Lightly moisten a lint-free cloth with water.
  4. Use the moistened cloth to gently wipe clean the surface of the feed roller. Advance the feed roller with your thumb as necessary, and continue cleaning.
  5. Let the feed roller dry fully before plugging the AC power cord back into the power outlet.
  6. Insert the paper tray into the printer, then press the Print button to resume printing.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

Printer dock does not pick up paper.

Try to clean the rubber rollers with lint free cloth. Make sure you are using Kodak Xtralife paper. At the back of the paper it should say "Xtralife".

Dirty rollers? I had the same problem and think the rollers are no longer sticky enough to pick up the paper due to a coating of dust... maybe cleaning the rollers would work?
