I never got a follow-up answere to my question. My input would not be very favorable. Only getting partial help for my problem is no better than getting none at all.

I'm assuming that yopur combine doesn't have a water cooler or an ice maker, because that would mean a brake in the water lines and that will be pretty complicated and expensive to fix 0 practicaly the entire combine will have to be dismantled to identify the problem.
No Frost means that the frozen water that appears inside melts when the compressor is not in use and is drained away thru a hole in the back panel by a tub to be evaporated by the heat of the motor . You get dripping water because either the water no longer reaches the pan (the tube sending it there either got out of hole in the rear panel or the tube itself has got a rip in it due to old age) or the pan has stop doing its job (because either it got a puncture and it now leaks or in time the dirt has created a dam inside the pan and the water is blocked on a small surface and it overflows).
Either way this should be a simple easy fix.

GE side by side refrigerator model no TFG20JAWWW 627 litre is occasionally leaking water

Check the drip tray in the freezer section where defrost water drips from the defrost heater melting frost during the defrost cycle. If ice blocks the drain hole in the tray inside the freezer(usually behind the evaporator cover) the defrost water will travel into the bottom of the freezer & onto your floor. Some models also have a second evaporator in the fresh food section. A blocked drain or clogged defrost drain tube can cause the problem.

On our GE refrigerator, water leaks out of the bottom of the frame for the water/ice dispenser and down the front of the freezer side door. What could be causing this?

Did you just recently change your water filter? you need to flush 3 gallons of water out of it when changing the filter. if there is air in the line it'll drip constantly. If your ice door isnt closing all the way and properly sealing that also could be a source of water dripping. do you have a low of "Snowy" frost inside your freezer door at the ice dispenser shute?

It sounds like you are refering to the defrost cycle. This would make the noise you hear. Try cleaning the condensor coils and the fan that is in the bottom where the compressor is. This may help. let me know. have a great day.

Water dripping inside of freezer, forms ice-cicles, water doesn't dispense and temp. rises on both freezer and refrigerator.

Check rear inside wall of freezer for frost build up, this prob is an indication that you have a defrost problem, like a bad defrost heater or defrost control.

We have a GE refrigerator that is leaking

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

Red glow (from defrost heater?) at bottom of rear panel in freezer

This is from the GE Appliance "Knowledge Database" Web site:

Refrigerator - Explanation Of Red Glow

In a no frost refrigerator, the defrost timer activates defrost heaters in the evaporator section (rear of freezer) which heat up and melt the frost off the evaporator coils. This process lasts for approximately 25-45 minutes and usually happens up to twice a day.

During this time, there will be no running sounds, no fan noise, and you may hear water dripping or sizzling as it hits the heaters. On side by side models, you may even be able to see an orange glow at the bottom of the freezer.

This is normal.

Heating element in a refrigerator?

The orange glow you see is your defrost heater. Your refrigerator goes into the automatic defrost mode three times a day. This keeps the unit frost-free.

Water dripping from the water dispenser on freezer

If the water is dripping from the dispenser tube, you need a water valve. The valve is not shutting off completely. Check to make sure water is not dripping from ice chute. If the chute door doesn't seal off you will get moisture there and it will also frost up the ice chute.
