Check the stand by voltages to see if they are correct. If so then go on and check the components that step up the standby voltages into operating voltages. The manual if its a good one should explain the stand by voltages and how they perform to start the set.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Re set to factory settings

Go to the front panel of the panel. Manually turn the TV OFF. Via the Front Panel push the INPUT Button in & Hold. Now use the power button on the front of the TV & turn ON the TV.

If done correctly, this will bring-up the TV's Service Menu. In the Service Menu you'll see an OPTION for Factory Reset.
This procedure cannot be done with the remote-it can only be done on the actual device.

Tip

Help FixYa, Help you and help others. Share your User maunals and service...

You can help other;s and maybe they will help you. This can be done by uploading a copy of you user manual and any service information for the products you own. This will help the service people here. Usually such information has to be sourced out of the search engines on the internet.Being able to find the information on the FixYa data base for owners manuals and service information, would really save time on giving solutions to the people who need help. This information does not last forever on the information highway. Once a company either goes out of business or merges with another company, The information for the previous products will last only a short time and then disappear forever. This is where you can save the day by sharing your information on these products. This may also help you as you might misplace or lose your information and be able find it again here in the resource data base. In these cases you are the invaluable resource and maybe the only resource available to FixYa . I hope this tip will encourage to you help youself and other by sharing your Information. Thank you in advance for helping and sharing.

Picture size adjustment

All adjustments of this type are done with the original remote (they will not of course correct a circuit problem) and you will need the full service manual to access the tech menu--not knowing what issue is be careful if you try that--on wrong move and no set.

Google the model number with "service manual" to see if it is available.

After servicing modules modules wont communicate.

Hello
Aftere servicing, initial setup should be done. for that you have to enter into its service menu. I'll give you the procedure to enter into its service menu. you have to done all the other settings. There are so many settings should be done after this, and it is very difficult to describe all here, I've the service manual of your set, but I can't send it to you by this site as it exceeds the upload capacity of thei site. If you send your email address to me, I'll send a copy of it to you be return mail.
To enter the setup.
[1] Press the "Menu" button on the remote handset.
[2] Press buttons '2' , '4' , '7' and '0' in order. (The screen will change to option menu.)
If you are well experienced, all the other adjustments are self elplanatory. OK.
[ Caution: Never change any value in this window, without proper knoledge. The set will turn to irreparable.]

its done by entering the service menu. The proceedure should be outlined in the service manual. If you dont have one I suggest you get one before attempting the adjustment as the service menu shouldnt be enterd without having the service manual. You can get a service manual st the following link for your model.
