Actually not much unless you can reach the pipes in your wall
that is just the pressure in the pipes. it will keep doing that. Not to much to worrie about

My Samsung washing machine wont stop with water filling

First clean the detergent drawer and button trap, then make sure the siphon cap {it might say "MAX" on it) is installed properly. Make sure water pressure is not too high.

Water doesnt stop when filling washing machine

There should be a "fill control" on the panel of the achine that lets you set the fill limit for wash loads ranging from small to large. Obviously, your fill control is not working

I put in a load. The machine filled up but did not stop filling. The dial did not proceede to next step, it stayed at the 10. Overflowing EVERYWHERE. When we moved the dial manually to spin, it drained...

your fill switch is either bad or "gllitched" and the timer cannot move until this switch senses the right amount of water for the load unless its an electronically sensed water/load capacity filled machine, when it starts, the water fills the unit and the pressure switch shuts the water fill off when at selected water level and powers the timer to continue the wash cycle,it works off a "bellows" on air pressure to change a switch by air pressure to operate the machine when full of water

Water doesnt stop fillinG in panasonic NA F60A6 WASHING MACHINE

Fyi. All new washing maching already tested on their functionality and features but not test run with water intake and drain function. I would like to share My experience last time with this model. The water outlet valve will release by motor when you set to drain mode.it suppose manage to retract back by spring when drain process finish or afte small you change to wash mode.
Take a look on the spring movement.normally it not properly hold valve switch hence the retracted spring not block the valve to stop water drain. Just rectify the alignment of the valve swich which directly connected to the retractable spring.

When the washer starts to fill ,it only fiss for a

All washing machines have an electric controlled fill valve, which is connected to the timer switch. Either or both could be bad, but probably just one. The fill valve is on the back, behind the cabinet back cover, and it senses when to start and when to cut off by the level selected on the machine. Kinda sounds like you may have a timer problem. Is the machine fairly new, <5 years, or does it have some age? From what you describe, it sounds a lot like a bad or faulty timer. Or it could just be a loose connection. Vibrations from the water flow could cause just enough vibration to stop the flow of electricity to the valve or the timer. Highly unlikely, but possible. You will need Name, Model #, and Serial #, if you need to order a timer. I can post the procedures to test the timer and the valve, but you need a multimeter to preform the tests.

Water dose ot stop when washer is full. It continues to run.

If you disconnected power and water still flowed, replace the water valve. If water stopped flowing when power was disconnected, clean out tube from tub to water level switch.

Washer keeps filling w/ water, only stops when changed to spin

Your drain line is too low.
OR the drain line is restricting air where it enters the drain stand pipe.
Remove the drain line and hold it up high.
Turn the washer on to fill. It should fill then stop.
This example should explain what you must do to correct the drain line problem.

Ecosmart washer will not stop filling

It needs a new fill valve. These are not expensive and you can easily do this yourself.

You either have a defective pressure switch or water inlet valve. Start to fill the machine with warm water so that both solenoids on the water inlet valve (hot and cold) are activated. After about 30-60 seconds, push the timer knob in to stop water flow. If the water continues to flow, replace the water inlet valve. If this is the case, it may take a few times of starting and stopping water flow to allow solenoid to heat up and become symptomatic. If water flow stops abruptly each time knob is pushed in, you most likely have a defective pressure switch (water level switch).
