Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Cap lock is stuck on-- I need to use lower case just to log on! so I'm unable to get in puter at all! Presently I'm using hubby's pc.. help! I have button off cleaned it. I tried pressing "O" with cap and all sorts of things.. Help
Anyways, you can use the shift key to convert the password characters in lower case.
All you need to do is to press shift+your password.
Remember that you need to hold the shift key down while pressing all other keys to write in lower case.
Also, with your keyboard you may need to get help from a local repair.
Please do tell us that you have the problem fixed.
We are always available for your help.
