Since you already signed up here, you just need to qualify to be a premium expert to start earning money from paid questions. To be able to qualify, you should answer atleast 50 questions on 1 category. And you need to have an average score of above 80% on that particular category.

2. Earn a Category Expert Badge. You can track your progress by expanding the "Earn More Badges" section on the right of your My FixYa page. Keep in mind that this count only updates every couple of hours.
3. Apply via a banner that will appear on the right of your My FixYa page. Your application will be processed within 3-7 days.

I want to make a distinction between your My Activity page and what you're referring to. Your My Activity page is a tab that you'll see when you click My FixYa, and all of your solutions should be appearing there.
I believe you are referring to your Badge progress counts, which appear when you click on Earn More Badges on the right of your Answer Questions page. The reason you're not seeing all your solutions reflected there is because that count doesn't update instantly, but rather every few hours. It should catch up shortly.

Hi 03mazda6, welcome to Fixya! Glad to hear that you're interested in providing Premium Phone Support.
In order to apply to provide Phone Support, you must first earn at least one Category Expert Badge. You do that by answering at least 50 free, unsolved problems in a given category, receiving at least 5 ratings on those solutions, and maintaining at least an 80% average asker rating on those solutions. There's a module on the right of your Answer Questions page that will help you track your progress towards new Badges. Category Expert Badges you've earned will appear at the top of that module, as well as on the left of your My Profile page.
Once you have earned a Category Expertise Badge, you will be able to apply to provide Phone Support via the banner advertising it on your Answer Questions page. You will need a US phone number to apply.
FixYa is currently doing a major overhaul on Phone Support, to introduce some key features our Experts requested. While we're working on these changes, we will not be doing Phone Support interviews or approving new Experts. However, as soon as the changes are complete, hopefully within the month, we will immediately start approving new Experts for the system.

Do you mean Brand badges which appear on the expert's "My Profile" page? (See attached image)
These brand badges are awarded automatically by FixYa when an expert answers a particular number (30 to 32) of free problems relating to a particular brand
For example: If an expert answers 32 free problems related to Nokia phones, then the Nokia badge will be awarded to that expert and it will appear on the "My Profile" page of that expert.

If you maintain a rating of 85% or more and are a wiz or guru then you are able to earn money.
You must also answer 30 free questions a month to qualify
If you wanted to be an Expert Moderator is by categories like Computer is your have all the Expert Badge as really you are a Guru of that Expert Badge. It means you have all of them like for example: HP and all the Company provide by solving problems. All of them. Good luck!
