Question about Acer AC 713 17" CRT Monitor
The circuit that maintains voltage to the color for the red color is weak and has possible weak or defective parts that need replacement. In this case it could be the high voltage tranformer or regulator at the color compensator circuit that maintains the balance of the color or color pins at the CRT tube. They are becoming weak and the tube may need replacement.
