Question about Ovens
I have found that the pilot will get fouled with a light colored powder due to inpurities in the gas. I usually clean with a tooth brush and pipe cleaner (when cool - no pilot). Otherwise the thermocouple may need to be changed, or at lease re-adjusted to be nearer to the pilot flame. Cleaning every year is prudent.
