Question about HP DeskJet 932c InkJet Printer
Make sure that you have removed the tape (seal) from the new cartridge before installing it.
Ink can dry and clog the ink nozzle, clean electrical contacts & ink nozzle of the cartridge with distilled water using cotton swabs or any soft, lint-free material that will not stick to the cartridge. wait 10 min to allow the cartridge to dry, then reinstall the cartridge, plug the printer back in, and close the cartridge access door.
