Question about Panasonic Audio Players & Recorders
Panasonic XBS radio: I reset the clock, but don'tknow how to make the time setting remain visible. When I have reset it, and remove my fingers from the time-set buttons, they stop showing the time and the space is filled with dashes. When I push the button again, the time I set is shown. How can I keep the time setting showing all the time, except when I change the station?

It happens usually when you don't operate the camecorder for long time
leaving the cassette inside and the battery attached.
1. Open the cassette housing and nock GENTLY with your finger tip
on the cassette cabinet (particularly on the position marked "push") until
the cassette is released.
2. Push on the right place (marked "push") to close and then close the
3. Operate the cassette (play, fast forward/backward).
Repeat the above steps several times until the problem is gone.
Advise: Remove the battery and cassette when leaving the camecorder

dust/humidity protected place.
Hope this can help.

Did you notice that this is TOUCH SCREEN? This is why you have just one resetting button. All the settings must be done using TOUCH SCREEN. So, Tap on appropriate icons on the screen and play with them till you find the right settings.
Unfortunately there is no instruction downloads available on the net, so, you have to find the way around yourself.

AHAH! I had this problem also, so i tried google and it led me here. Luckily, I kept trying and figured it out so I will share my knowledge with you although you may have found it out already...
First, make sure the radio and ipod are off and it's in clock display mode.
Then, click and hold "alm set" while clicking the left "timer set" arrow to set the hour of your alarm and the right "timer set" arrow to set minutes for your alarm.
Then click "alm on/off" to turn it on and off.
