Connect the webcam to the computer. Download the drivers from: http://a4tech.com/product.asp?cid=&scid=&id=233 or http://a4tech.com/search.aspand choose the model. After that you will see a download driver button. Install the driver and it should work perfectly. N.B. The links from above are for PK-635. Hi, you can go to the manufacture's website http://www.a4tech.com/ and get the software for your web camera. Just select the correct device and its model to get the driver.
Hope this works for you.
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you
to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
Just plug the webcam in and windows will automatically install the drivers, if it asks for the drivers just insert the disc, when you do this windows will auto play the CD so just shut down the auto install program and leave the disc in the drive and carry on with the driver installation manually.
