Question about Durabrand DVD-1002 DVD Player
Hi - I am searching desperately but to no avail for a replacement AC Adapter for my Durabrand model DUR-8.5 portable DVD player. My little chihuahua pretty much ate the original cord, and I am left trying to find a new one. I contacted ALCO/Venturer electronics, and they state that this particular Durabrand DVD player is NOT one of theirs, so they were unable to help me.
My model is silver & charcoal, with an 8.5" TFT screen, and the player is model DUR-8.5. The snap-on rechargeable battery pack is all silver, and rests along the back of the player, and the battery says model number RB-Li 39. The player indicates DC input at 9V, 2.2A.
Since ALCO/Venturer could be of no help, and since the geniuses at Walmart keep referring me to "www.durabrand.com" which of course is not a real site, I am totally without any ideas. My player is essentially new, however I no longer have any of the documentation - and now I have no cord. Can anyone out there please help with this? I would be very much appreciative. If it would help, I would be glad to post photos of the player for better identification? Just a thought.
Thanks very much, everyone! I appreciate it very much!
