Freezer stops freezing I unplug it then plug it back in and it starts to run

When you unplug it do you leave it unplugged for a period of time or just real quick? If you leave it unplugged for a long enough period of time it will defrost and then begin to run again for some time before it freezes up again and stop. Not really sure of what your saying when you say stops freezing and then starts to run when you plug it back in.

Fridge stop cooling , found that the charge in the compressor was very low, recharge with 5 oz and now the copper line is freezing , i unplugged it for about 2 hours and retry same freezing issue

First check and make sure that you use the right amount of freon. Freezing line is an indication of not enough freon. Also check the manufacturer's label for the correct amount to add. Make sure you weigh the refrigerant carefully while charging. You may want to obtain the refrigerant Pressure/Temperature chart to make sure you have the correct pressure. Allow refrigerator to run for a while and check pressure versus temperature. Correct pressure as needed to stop freezing.

My food although in freezer bags and even store wrapped(sealed) will still end up with frost on it how can I stop this from happening? It is a ROPER

its only moisture inside the wrappings freezing,it will stop freezer burn, you could chill it before you freeze it but that means you would have to rewrap every piece of food again with a vacuum make the packets airtight.(when we freeze homegrown veg we always vacuum pack it into portions,so it keeps better).

Kenmore fridge stopped cooling

sounds like its freezing up on you. check the drain outlet and make sure that its clear. also i would replace the defrost timer on this unit because its suppose to bring on the heaterfs to melyt the ice so thaat yoiu don't have to. they are around 30 mdollars at the appliancew repair store and all you need is the model number and serial number for the uit. after you get it it's either on the very top of the refrigerator section or in the very back. It has 4 wires going to it. good luck.
