Have you tried to use a separate video card? Maybe the video chip from your motherboard has died ? If you have tried that and it didn't work then the motherboard is dead, junk it and get a new one.

The CPU is running and all devices working too but cannot display to monitor. I also change monitor for testing, but still cannot.

What's the CPU running?  Did nothing ever display on the monitor since you powered up?  In that case, your display adapter (a.k.a. videocard) is looking suspect; maybe its output transistors got blown.  Find a slot for video and put a card in there and try again....

When i run cpu but monitor display donot showing

I assume you have already try it with other PC and get the same problem.
Next step will be taking it apart.
Most common failure in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed SAMSUNG monitors to get some ideas of what goes wrong: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further, it will also help out other people with the same problem.

Monitor will not power on. All of the connections

yes all the connection are intact, in these cases have the cpu check the monitor is not the problem, the monitor is still displaying which means that it is good, have the cpu check or check how many vga adpater is present in the cpu, if you have a built in and a separate card and you plug the monitor to the built it will not work and you need to connect it on the separate expansion card that is install inside your cpu

No display

First open cpu cover then refix RAM memory.
Then power up then press F8 key then enter in enable vga mode go to control panel ->dispaly ->settings change screen resolution to 1024*768 .

If you still not get display check monitor to cpu vga port connection reconnect into it.
Aslo pull out cmos cell for 15 minutes so all bios settings are defaults then check .
you can find cmos cell on motherbord chip set in cpu.

Thanks for using fixya.
Please rate this solution if it helps.

No beep,No Display on my monitor, only CPU heatsink fan is moving

have you thought about changing the battery on the motherboard, also checking that the fan on the cpu is seated properly with enough heatsink paste as both these issues will stop the pc from booting
