Question about Motorola Mobility H300 Wireless Headset

1 Answer

No Power My H300 worked fine for several weeks (7-8). When I thought the battery was dead, I replaced it but the headset will not power on again. Did I do something wrong? ...Yes, I have made sure the battery is in the right way.

Radio interference from a nearby bluetooth-capable device that's paired is the culprit. Pair your bluetooth and your phone in the basement of your home, if your home does not have metallic walls and doors..

On your base there are the numbers 1-4. Put the # 1 in the 3 O'Clock position like a clock. Try putting the letters that are in the bottom on B.

I can hear great on my end of the cellphone but people on the other end can barely hear me....what can you suggest as a fix....thank you for your help.....email....bob051144@hotmail.com

Hi,

Due to some reason this may happen:

Battery might be weak or in a state of dead stone or loose contact.

1)Open the battery door at the back of the
headset.
2)Insert a new battery so that the + and -
markings match the markings in the
battery compartment.
3)Close the battery door

If this is working fine before and now you have this problem the microphone soldering might be loosened out.You have to re-hot it.

If you have warranty,You could take it to the service center,If you have warranty you can ask him to replace the one.

post a comment for further assistance.

thank you for using fixya have a nice day:-)

Did you hold the call button down for more than a few seconds?

Check the manual out to make sure your doing the correct process.

My HS850 worn't hold a charge.

NO YOU CAN NOT REPLACE THE BATTERY AS IT IS INTERNAL WHEN THE BATTERY IS GONE YOU HAVE TO BUY A NEW HEADSET UNLESS YOU ARE STILL IN THE 1ST YEAR YOU CAN SEND IT TO MOTOROLA FOR WARRENTY. IT SUCKS SO I OPTED TO TELL MOTOROLA THAT IF I HAD KNOW THIS I WOULD OF NEVER BOUGHT THE HEADSET FOR $120.00 AT THE TIME. THE DID A ONE TIME EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER HEADSET AS I AM A LONG TIME CELL PHONE CUSTOMER. I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT THE SAME HEADSET SO THEY EXCHANGED FOR THE OLDER VERSION HEADSET THAT USSES ONE ENERGIZER AAA. WHICH LASTS FOR 30 HOURS TALK TIME OR 30 DAYS STANDBY. WHICH I FEAL IS WELL WORTH THE 1 ENERGIZER AAA BATTERY. MOTOROLA MAILED ME A BLUETOOTH HEADSET H300. WHICH I THOUGHT WAS NICE OF THEM. BUT I ASTILL THINK THEY NEED TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE THAT THERE BLUETOOTH HEADSETS THAT THE BATTERYS CAN'T BE REPLACED. HOPE THIS HELPS

Completely dead - Worked great for approx one week, now will not power up at all.

yes they really do not like being on the charger permenantly because it burns the cells out in the battery which is what I would say has happened here.
Maybe if you leave it sit for a week then plug the charger back in and see if it powers up you might be lucky
