Question about Nikon D40 Digital Camera with G-II 18-55mm Lens
I dropped my just barely over a year old D40 and busted the lcd screen ... want to try and replace it myself, but I am having a difficult time finding the part, or even the part #. Wondering if you could help me as to where to buy one from. The rest of the camera is still operating fine ... just cannot see anything on the screen.
Thanks for any help you may be able to provide, Sheila
Look on the back of the LCD to find the part number. once you find that type it into google and there is like 2 companies that make them. Also several other nikon camera could have the exact lcd and you can get one of them broke off of ebay cheap. hope this helps
