your cam needs a lttle racking cuz the senso is wacked. try to turn it on and suddenly take out the battery. if the problem is still there, youll have to bring that to a specialist.

sorry i have no exp on cam corders strictly televisions. i would suggest one of the other techs. we have quite a few that specialize in camera and camcorders.

Tips for a great answer:
This is usually caused by a failed component in the power circuit within the camera and can usually be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired qualified service technician.
