Check the cable connection for any loose contact, If that part is good then it might me the port issue on the mp3 player or the port is not active on your computer.

convert your video with the video converter then drag it onto the device.the video converter is in my compter / tools. install the setup you should be good. if you gotta convert your video before you convert it look up a nice free converter called super c. might be a faster one but there is no better one.

Your compter is missing the software to run your mp3 player, so install it in your pc and you will be able to access the mp3 player in your computer.

your compter have much virus please delete your partition and install again window in your computer than installation cd of creative zen micro mp3 player.
if ur computer is a pc then try device manager (control panal/system/device manager) if there is an unreconized hardware (caution symbol) then click something that says update driver or find driver. try again. the os(xp vista) might not work with the player or vice versa. hope that helps.
memory corupt needs to be reset and your going need to use a compter to do this. Format the memory inside the unit then put the songs back on that should help you with your problem if not the memory inside is no good anymore and has failed.
