Check out the port u r using to print, follow the setup instructions to select the correct printer port.... if not, go to:
- Start - Control panel - printers - right click the printer u need - properties - ports..... check if it's on LPT1 or other and the printer is USB connected - try the diferent USB001, etc to find the correct port........
If this doesn't work: check out if printer is "use printer offline" and turn it online or paused....
If all this does not fix ur problem try chanching the usb cable.....

sir reinstall your printer software and drivers or follow my commands go in your start>printers and faxes>and right click on your printer>properties>ports and select your port and apply
