Need wire color diagram

Black = AC hot
Red = switched AC hot
Yellow = AC hot from a another source - another control panel as an example.
White = neutral
red w/white tracer = switched neutral
Green or green w/ yellow tracer = ground/earth ground
blue = DC voltage, ie, 12vdc, 24vdc
white w/blue tracer = dc common
Brown = AC 3 pahse - phase A
Orange = AC 3 pahse - phase B
Yellow = AC 3 Phase - phase C
shileds: think of current loops
2 cond
clear or red = +
black = -(neg)
3 cond
red = power (24vdc typically for transducers)
clear = + (signal output)
black = - (signal common)
Hope this helps, oh, and any panel I have design and wired this way is easily understaood by 99% of all service and electrical people I have worked with.

Which thermostat to use 4-wire Goodman gas furnace

blue is common. never let that wire touch any other color or you will short the transformer. Use a thermostat for single stage gas heat. R=Red W=White Y=Yellow which should go to the outdoor ac contactor and C=Blue which should also go to the outdoor ac contactor. If in doubt call a qualified Heating contractor to help you install. It can get quite expensive letting the smoke out of your parts.

AC and fan work fine can't get burner to come on

Open the furnace, access the control wires going to the thermostat & jumper the white & red wires to bypass the thermostat. the control wires should consist of Red, white, green, yellow, or blue.

I HAVE A GOODMAN MODEL GSC130361 I HAVE A BLUE WIRE AND YELLOW WIRE AND A RED, WHITE COMING FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE HOW DO THEY GO TOGETHER

Look at the wiring on your thermostat in the house. The wires should connect to the same terminals that they are connected to on the thermostat. Red to R, Yellow to Y, Blue may go to C or O or B, you will have to look at the thermostat to figure it out, and White will go to W or W1, look at the thermostat to make sure on that one also.

Hi Proper way on wiring furnace.

I can give you a start, For heat only, R terminal on furnace to Red wire to R or RH terminal on thermostat. W terminal to White wire to W terminal on thermostat. G terminal to Green wire to G terminal on thermostat. This will get you heat but not air conditioning.

I need wiring manual for goodman mini split.

outside unit L1 and L2 are load (input 240vac)
then you have control voltage, usually yellow and blue (24vac) this connects to some 18/2 thermostat wire which goes inside as white and red.

note: this unit may only need 24v control which is 2 wires from the inside unit and also 3 wires 2 hot 1 ground for line voltage.

STANDARD WIRING
on the inside unit you have green, white, blue and red control wires.

on your thermostat you have white, red, yellow and green

you run the wire from the outside unit to the inside unit. then run a 18/4 wire to the thermostat if wired and join the following wires.

inside unit thermostat outside unit
green------------------------green
white-------------------------white
red----------------------------red
blue-------------------------------------------------------blue
yellow--------------------yellow

Replacing old thermostat with new digital

Wire nut or tape the black off. The red is normally 24volt supply power to the t-stat. Blue may or may not be the common. Have a voltmeter?

I don't know where you are located, but there is a Goodman distributor in Sacramento, CA. Also in Ontario CA. They are a distributor so they may be able to help you or tell where to find someone who will help. Goodman is also known as GMC or Janitrol.
