- This is my 2nd machine, and I am having the SAME problem AGAIN! I am very frustrated because I now have digusting water in the bottom of the tank and it won't drain. I have continually used the high efficiency soap (i was told last time that this was the problem) but again after 1 1/2 years, looks like I am going to have to buy another one. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a Kenmore... anything!- carrik
