I bought a new home and there is no manuals and it is stuck on the setting sabb the stove top works perfect but the oven only heats to 260 on this particular setting??

Try this:
To
provide sabbath feature (or to cancel this setting):
1. Push the PREHEAT pad and set the oven
temperature to 500°F/260°C or more using the UP
ARROW pad.
2. Push the PREHEAT pad within the next 2 seconds
for 3-4 seconds. A beep sounds and a number
appears in red to the right of the display. For the
conversion, "3" must be displayed. If another number
is displayed, push the PREHEAT pad and select
"3".
3. Push the UP or DOWN ARROW pad to change
from 12 hour to 9999 in the display, for no 12 hour
shut-off.
4. Push the CANCEL pad to confirm your choice.
Hope it helps!

Burners work, but stove will not even heat up AT ALL.

Too many things to list. But it sounds like it was something going out slowly, is that correct? Cause it would work at times then not? Now what ever it is has caused the whole thing to go out? Maybe Im shooting too quick but it definitely sounds suspiciously like a sensor or the board the sensor goes to. As to how to check it you'll need to know the specifications of the probe (usually in OHMS at a given temperature range) and - or the voltage and type of current (AC or DC) the board is looking for.

If you can find the sensor (usually in the back wall along the top) and can remove the front - back - control panel to see where it goes you will have found the board.

Maytag gas kitchen range/oven model# MGR575 ADW during preheat cycle in oven seems to keep trying to start left bank of burners over and over again. Gas can be heard flowing an ignition occurs and then...

that actually sounds to be pretty normal operating procedure unless im not understanding correctly, the unit will shout off, and cycle back on to maintain proper temp as cooks, the" top lef bank of burners" they show signs of clicking??? but not actually igniting correct??? and do they ever start to click when unit is completly off???

Inacurate temperatures

Often the temp gauge is the culprit. To check temps, allow to preheat for 15 minutes. Monitor the highest temp reached after burner shuts off and record. Then monitor lowest temp before burner cycles back on again. Average out readings. Example, if high is 355 and low is 345, average temp is 350. Do this for 3 cycles and average out.
