Question about Samsung Rugby SGH-a837 Cell Phone
Open your phone and select menu( top right hand corner).
Then select Adrress Book Icon
Then select option 5 ( Reject List)
Once you open the Reject List, select options ( top left hand corner)
This will drop down a list of options, select option 3 which is delete.
Once you have selected the delete option, you can select one or multiple numbers to be removed from your Reject List.

I have a samsung rugby and for some reason following ma2266's instructions, Auto Reject was not under Menu, Settings, Calls (5), General (1). I did find it under Menu, Address Book, Reject List (5), Options, Delete (3).
