Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Most mobile phones can be "Un-Branded" or have the providers firmware replaced by the manufacturers own standard firmware.
You will need a data cable. Normally the one that comes with the phone will do it. And you will need some kind of software and the relevant drivers to be able to access the phones files to enable you to change them.
If you really want to do this you can get a mobile phone repair/unlocker to do it for you or if you are brave and happy that you may have an usuable handset if it goes wrong just google un-branding then your handset make and model.
There are lots of helpful Forums out there that will be able to guide you through it all and if things go wrong may possibly get you up and running again. Howardforums is a very good one with lots of useful and helpful info.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
