Question about Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 Web Camera
I recently installed a microsoft webcam and sightspeed in order to connect with my sister via video. The camera appears to work and everything downloaded fine. Problem is when I go to make the call, I get an error message stating that either my computer or the other person's computer has a firewall configuration problem. I've tried what I know to fix it but it hasn't worked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I have the web cam connected and everything but me the blurry image appears I want to put well the values and there does not happen(pass) anything that I do? Thank you

There should be a fish tank demo in your contact list where both of you can call to determine which side has the firewall issue. If you can call the fish tank, it's probably a firewall blocking SightSpeed on the other end...If you can't call the fish tank, it can be your software/windows firewall, or your router with built in firewall that is blocking SightSpeed. Disable any software/windows firewall to isolate it and see if you can connect. If you still can't connect, you need some adjustment with your router settings...
