Question about Briggs & Stratton Briggs Stratton Intek V - Twin Vertical Ohv Engine with Electric Start 22 Hp, 1" X 3 5/32" Shaft, ModelNo. 44K777 - 0027 - E1
You say it has no compression. Without compression it is not going to start. It may have a compression release that makes you think it has no compression. Turn it backwards and it should bounce against the compression. If it has no compression it can be carbon stuck under a valve, valve seat has popped out, or a blown head gasket. You will need to determine why it has no compression.

You will find the diagram on the left side of the deck as you sit on tractor by left foot. It will be located under the foot pedal that has the routing diagram specifically for your Troy-Bilt mower model. Note that owner's manuals may not have the most current schematic.
