SOURCE: ejecting cd dell studio 17
Supposing that the Studio 15 / 17 has a slot loading drive:
You can either press the eject button above the keyboard (the touch sensitive one)
Go to 'Computer' in Vista and right click the CD/DVD drive. Then click 'Eject'.
This should work.

If you look at the front of the CD drawer you will see a little hole which will take a strong paper clip when it is straightened out.
Push the paper clip into that hole press firmly and the drawer will release so that you can get your disc out

You can go to my computer and then you will see the dvd drive showing. It will probably show the title of the cd. Usually it is the D drive. Right click it and click eject. That should eject it for you.

SOURCE: Hi im am unbale to
there should be a tiny hole on the cd rom, probably very close to the "open" button. take the end of a paperclip, or something similar, and push it straight in (you must push it STRAIGHT IN, not at an angle) the hole and the drive will open just a tiny bit, then pull it the rest of the way open with your fingers.
