Unfortunately you do not give your OS in your query so my attempts to search the microsoft knowledge base (kb) for that number were unsuccessful
Try the microsoft hardware support site

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=ICE&type=LifeCam&sku=68A-00001
After entering your webcam/OS details check out the 'Readme' files - there may be some kb references in the 'known issues'
If unsuccessful use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page

Webcam

if you have had it working previously in the pc, the drivers will still be installed, so just try and remember if you have put it in the same usb port as before, cos if not it will ask for drivers again.
