You may have been hacked. Forget about customer service, start a new address and notify all your friends of the change. Good idea to weed them all out every once in awhile anyways
I suggest that before you provide your personal details such as name, address and bank account thru e-mails, try to search for it through Google first. From the looks of it, the e-mail that you have responded is a spam e-mail. They would attempt to use your information for illegal purposes, worst you might be a victim of identify theft or fraud.
I suggest that you use the Spam filtering option of your mail, never open any email that you do not know where did it came from.
hold down and press 1. The voicemail box opens if it asks you for a password your gonna have to get it from your friend because only they have it. if not the voicemail will ask you what you want to do. push the number that is for setting up/changing your voicemail
If you have a fax on the same line with voice mail, it will never work. You need to get rid of the voice mail, or get a custom ring from your phone company and set the fax to answer to a "distinctive ring" - see your user manual for that setup.

If your system is encrypted you will need to set it up in xp before you open the media centre as if i remember there is no option to enter a password for WEP.
Just open the network card properties and select the TCP/IP line then properties ans select obtain ip address automatically.
Then when network is detected enter the WEP password numbers.
