Would you be able to give the name and model of your printer? Also, did the printer alert you to change cartridge or was there another issue you were trying to resolve? What type of cartridge are you putting in the printer? Generic or Genuine? This will help find your solution. Thanks.

-   After replacing the color ink cartdridge the related light keeps blinking and the printer will not print. Contacted kodak, they were not able to fix and promised to send a new printing head as they felt the problem is there. We will see.-   Guest
