Question about Samsung T220HD LCD Monitor
The picture board on your monitor is bad, since it goes off after few seconds and the power led or button is on, it means the picture board of your monitor has developed fault and will need to be replace.
I advice you replace the picture board on the screen of your monitor to solve the problem of the blank screen.

If you turn the monitor off then about 1020 sec turn it back on and have a picture for five sec again it sound like the power supply in the monitor. I have replace three so far but the price of the sower supply replacement and trying to get it apart its better getting a new one. The have gotten cheap and cheaper. You can see if the monitor part is still working taking a flash light and holding it about a 45deg angle to the screen and look at the screen at the other angles. You get the light to bounce off the back light and see a faint image where the light is hitting. Its not easy unless like taking thing apart. Use the number on the power supply if your going to find one.
