Have the charging system voltage checked, that could be relays clicking from low voltage.

There is a clicking noise coming from under the dash board of my 2001 Nissan Altima. Its more toward the fuse box. The lights go dim as I'm driving it and the power seat will not work now. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the seat motor has a short. Unplug the connector wires to the seat if you can reach them. The clicking is probably a relay (circuit breaker) for the seat and is resetting. You might also unplug the relay.

Door mounted ice dispenser does not work, lights dim when pushed cyclic "clicking" noise coming from back of unit which causes the lights inside as well as those plugged into same circuit to dim when it...

the clicking noise is your water valve operating, or not
if its causing the light to dim, your loosing ground
somewhere in the circuit.
juding by your diagnososis i would have to think your selector board on the freezer door is bad..
probaly a your shorted somewhere in the logic board
and thats why your loosing gorund

Everytime i attempted to start it there is a clicking noise coming from the connector under the seat. it has two fuses on the left and right of this connector. Will i have to replace the whole wiring??

if he engine is not turning over but there is a clicking, that is a flat battery, the noise is the solenoid going mad, stop doing it and charge up the battery or you'll burn it out. if the battery is good (do the lights dim when you put the brake on? quick test) then you may have bigger problems, maybe tthe starter motor. the clicking could also be a relay, a small plastic box.

PDS22SBSALSS Clicking Noise/ Temperature Control Panel

Your start relay and condenser are defective, it would appear. They are there to 'kick' the compressor into starting. They should then click off and reduce the power sent to the compressor. When they don't, you get the dimming lights. See your local library for any service information they may have on the shelf. Your issue should not be model specific. About the control panel, cycle the connectors. You may catch the problem.

I had luck with a board with a clicking relay by replacing capacitors C29 and C30, which had bulged tops. Bravo, fridge works!

Door dispenser stopped dispensing, starting making a constant clicking and now the entire fride isn't working

We had the same problem. Our frigerator is 1.5 year old. Everytime we try to dispence water or ice the dispencer clicks and the whole thing turns of. We had a GE repairman come by: the electronic board needs to be replaced: total cost $350. (cost of the board only: $150. We are considering disconnecting the dispencer by unplugging the board (according to the repain man the ice maker wil still work)or buy a new refrigurator (for sure NO GE!!!!!!)
