Question about Computers & Internet

Was it a new laptop????
If it is asking to a windows product key, its under the laptop, printed on a COA sticker (Certificate of authenticity)
If it was not new.. and its asking for a windows product key, you may have a copied illegal installaton of windows. You can try using the product key under the laptop, but it may not work.
If its asking for a product key for Office, new computers come with a 30 day trial of office, after that you need to buy a key
