Question about Cell Phones
I just recently bought this phone in February and now it won't charge. I've tried everything, different outlets, bending the cord, taking out the battery, turnng the phone on and off. If I push the cord in really hard it will charge for a few seconds, but I don't want to continue doing that for fear of damaging the phone. Should I get a new battery or charger? Thanks!
Okay, this happened to me too.
first you need to call virgin mobile and ask a live advisor for help.
if they ask you to take the battery out and press the power button for 30 seconds and it doesnt work then they will try to send you a new charger.
when i called it was out of stock.
you can also but the car charger.
hope i helped :]
