I am having NO SERVICE problems on IPAD 2

I'm assuming you mean no internet service over wireless.
if so, go into Settings>WIFI and look for your network. If none are present, your router is not transmitting or your wireless function is dead on your iPad. If network shows and you still have a problem, go to SETTINGS>GENERAL>NETWORK RESET and go through wireless network settings again.

Apple products won't connect to network

May experience is that a lot of Apple products have problems with 5 Ghz wireless unless the conditions are near perfect. 5 Ghz has more difficulty penetrating things like walls than the older 2.4 Ghz. If during the setup you decided to disable the 2.4 Ghz, this could be the problem.

D-Link WDA-1320 cannot find apsSearchInterface in wlanapi.dll

Hi,
There is only one best solution: Take your Windows Vista DVD and throw it in the nearest trash can available. Vista was Microsofts biggest failure to date and has been replaced by Windows 7 which is far more stable. Save yourself lots of future headaches and get rid of Vista.
Best wishes,

Apple computers will not connect wirelessly to sky broadband

Please open Finder, then go to Applications, and Utilies, then to Airport Utility (Only if you're using airport basestation), and before doing that, make sure Airport is turned on / enabled. If none of this works, this means either your laptop's airport unit / antenna is faulty, or the source of the internet connection. Also, one thing to try is under system preferences, find networks, and if none are there, or airport isn't there, add a new airport and that should help if all fails, if not good luck.
