Try taking the battery out and if doesn't work have to go and see Blackberry dealer or where You got your Blackberry. These are software problems which I have also faced.

Try this, Place some cloth, or a glove on your finger and see if the track pad detects your finger.
If it does response then the problem is with the track pad sensibility. If it does You will have to adjust the sensibility and/or clean the track pad from any dirt.
If that doesn't solve your problem, you have a damaged track pad that needs to be replaced.

you have a stuck key you need to find which one and you need to blow the key pad off with compressed air to disloge the object that is sticking the key.
