Question about GE Dishwashers
You can take the bottom panel off and see the motor. with the door latch in the open position and or the power off, turn the fan blade on the motor until it frees up, then you should be able to start the machine. if you don't use the dishwasher very much the water will evaporate out of the pump causing this problem.
