Seat position not adjusting on the chassis.

Problem with a bugaboo. There are three settings for the seat on the chassis, (a) sitting, (b) reclining and (c) lying. Unfortunately I cannot get it to adjust - it 'clicks' into place but does not stay there. help.please

It usually does this if the frme is not clicked onto the chassis correctly, push it down to click it into place. If this doesnt work might be the buttons need replacing they can be bought as a spare part and are easy to cahnge (one screw) Hope this helps

Change the position from recline

Hi Claire

Stand in front of the Buzz chassis at the front wheel. On either side of the seat unit you have a grey button. Push the button down and now you recline the seat / sit it upright as required.

I can't change the seat position so how is this done?

Hi Clare

The Buzz seat unit position is adjusted by pressing down the grey buttons on either side of the seat unit (the same ones you use to remove the seat unit from the chassis) and tilting the seat to the desired angle. Once the grey buttons are released the seat will lock in desired recline position.

My bugaboo bee won't recline, the mechanism seems stuck, when I push the release to lie it back the mechanism gets stuck in the up position and nothing happens. The two white buttons on the side

Hi, When the stroller is open, make sure that both of the green indicators either side of the frame are visible. If not, put your foot on the brake and pull the handle firmly with both hands until the green appears. This will enable you to get access to the seat. If the seat doesn't move still, check at the bottom (where the small of babies back is) to see if the excess seat fabric has become stuck inside. This is usually the main reason for the seat recline not functioning. Hope this helps.

Bugaboo Frog seat

Did you make sure the seat is locked onto the chassis? If it is, then it sounds like you have a malfunctioning seat frame. If your bugaboo is still under warranty, contact Bugaboo and they will replace it for you. Your local retailer can get you the phone number or you can get it from their website: www.bugaboo.com

How do I recline the seat in the 3 diffrent positions? Thank YOu

Hi,

Underneath the seat unit there are two black clips that you pull together, (these are located on the central axle that you hold when folding the chassis) this will then adjust the angle of the seat fine.

Hope this helps.

Need to recline seat

On the back of the the seat back is a plastic tab connecting two lanyards/cords. These cords are used to adjust the seatback angle from the recline to full up-right position.
