Question about Cell Phones
The mobile device is for O2 and therefore unless you unlock it you will not be able to use it for most if the functions which other networks provide.
When a phone is locked it means it already has factory settings for that particular network provider set as default. Unless the phone is unlocked other setting for other network providers cannot be used. Probably you have all the settings in place but when the phone sends an MMS request it still uses the O2 setting so it comes back as an error. But if the phone has been unlocked then all you have to do is go to connection manager and change your preffered setting for MMS.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

Hi. since the phone was originally designed to work on 02 XDA, it will in most cases be difficult to configure the setting of another network on it like you intend to do expect if you ask TMN mobile to setting you the settings which they may likely not send because they don't have the model (Pantech Matrix PRO) of the on their network. (If they have, thy will send to to you).
So you may not be able to use the MMS service on the TMN network because of the phone.
