Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)

Please help by mistake i have deleted the soft ware of my sansa c250 ... my system is detecting it but i can not copy songs or here in it .... only radio i can listen in it ... what should i do in order to make it work properly ... please suggest me.....

    as i connected , it is just getting charged n unable to scanned by the sansa updater...

Update it firmware ( download it firm ware from sandisk site )

I would run the Sansa Recovery Tool for the c200 series - it will erase/format all the songs without deleting system files - it is available from Sandisk's website.

No option to delete songs.


You have to connect the device to the computer to delete the songs from there..thats the only way you will be able to delete the songs..

Sansa c250 not recognize in my computer


I have the same problems and did the same things you did until I update the Windows Media Player to 10. It works fine now.

If u use Rhapsody,pull up the list of artists and song,verify the one that u have 2 of......right click and delete it

You should format the device thru My Computer>Device Name (c250)>Right Click and select FORMAT.

Detection problem


you can try changing the settings. In Settings--->USB select MSC... not auto.. IN that case it will be detected as a storage device and whatever you put in that mode in your device will be detected in all other systems...

Deleting


You can manually delete the music thru My Computer. My Computer>Device Name (c250)>Media>Music You can see all of the music by albums and delete what you want. Please add to this question if you need more assistance. Best of Luck.
