Hello,You have to call Eclipse. The phone number should be on the top of the
unit. They will make you register the CD player with them before they
will give you the code to reset the player.
your key is the very first cd you put into it when you got it installed. If you don't have the key you can take it back to the stereo shop you bought it from you will be provided with the reset code.
