Hi i purchased a bissell model number 2080-Q and managed to loose all the paper work that came with the model. i really need to use this today and would just like to have you give me help with that

It sounds like you didn't get the drive belt seated properly. If that's not it than try the Bissell Consumer Care number is 1-800-237-7691 they have a better troubleshooter guide than I do.

hi , the motors in these units are screwed in the base of the system and have a pulley that spins the roller brush. take the side cap off and check to see if the belt is off the pulley, if so i would make it perform as if something is loose. good luck

Go on line to Bissell and seek the parts department and purchase from them. If you care to enter the part number of the device you need into the command line of MSN.COM; they can send you to several sites that can fill you needs.

Try the Bissell support site: http://www.bissell.com/customer-support/ . There are several models of the Little Green Machine so look at your cleaner to determine the manual that you need. Then search for that model. The model number is on a white label usually on the back of the unit.
