Question about Car Audio & Video
Make sure the connections are clean on face plate and base make sure no grease or anything like that failing this then contact the makers or even place of purchase usually as long as you have the face plate and the whole unit they will replace the face for free but you might need to show them both as stolen ones people were getting the face for free so they stopped this so get in touch with makers or even place of purchase they should replace for you.
How old is device?
Have you tried pushing the face in whilst pressing it on further just in case the connections are not touching.
Do any buttons work?
