Use a paperclip and push the reset button that is on the right side of the player. Then restart it.

Wipers turn on by themselves & won't shut off

I had this happen to my Ford Focus once.
I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but it sounds like your alternator. If your lights are also flaring on and off, your battery could be overcharging and therefore could be your alternator or distributor acting up.
Basically, your batter is trying to get rid of overcharge by using all the power it can. Bring it into a shop ASAP or your battery could explode (like mine did) on the highway.

Front right side hit . replaced concerter and won't crank over /or start fuel pump doesn'd even come on when key is on ?

ricks63toy, I believe that Ford still uses what is called an inertia switch even in the hybrids. This switch will shut off in the event of an accident shutting off the fuel pump. This is a safety feature built into the vehicle. Seeing that this is a newer vehicle I trust that you still have the manual. If not, the switches are usually located in the trunk. Look on the side walls of the trunk and see if you can locate it. It is usually marked by a sticker. When you find the switch, push the red button down until you hear a click. This will reset the switch and allow power back to your fuel pump. Good luck with this.

The AC unit is running continously even to lower the temperature one degree even after adding freon what would cause this.

you may have an airflow problem clean you oustide condenser with a water hose. Be sure to turn the power off before you do this. next on your air handler inside unit check the filter and clean the evaprator coil and check the blower motor squirrel cage to see if it needs cleaning. If your system can't get air it will not cool. Are you sure you didn't overcharge your system? This will cause it not to cool. IS the suction line cool to touch its the big line. IS the compressor sweating does it have water on it if it does check for airflow or overcharge.

Replaced loose battery terminal and alternator light is now on

If an alternator overcharges, it will most probably spit out electrolyte from the filler caps or vents when run for a time. It may also become quite hot to touch.
Providing the engine is starting OK, and the charge warning light on the panel is not alight or flashing on and off, what you need to do is have a voltage check done on the battery with the engine running. If the alternator is OK, the voltage should be in the vicinity of 13.5- 14.0 volts (13.8 is the accepted "standard").
Any higher, it could indeed be overcharging.
Turning on the headlights should not materially change this voltage.
If the voltage is only around 12V or even less, turn on the headlights, and observe it again.
A low voltage can mean the alternator is not charging.

you simply fried your battery by overcharging it. Just get a new one, let it fully charge and fully die twice before you start normal charging. Then you will want to only charge it for about 2 to 3 hours or find a charger that has a smart chip that tells it when to stop charging once the battery is full.
