There is no override code. But maybe a override key the normal key is to open the bolt after the correct code is entered.
Cracked or drilled.
Call a locksmith to help.
Don't fall for the biggest add in the phone book a good locksmith could never afford a full page add and offer a good price.

What is a quit claim deed?

Quitclaim deed: Used when a property transfers ownership without being sold. No money is involved in the transaction, no title search is done to verify ownership, and no title insurance is issued.
When to Use a Quitclaim Deed
Quitclaim deeds are most often used to transfer property within a family. For example, when an owner gets married and wants to add a spouse's name to the title, or when the owners divorce and one spouse's name is removed from the title. In other cases, a quitclaim can be used when parents transfer property to their children or when siblings transfer property to each other. Some families opt to put their property into a family trust and a quitclaim can be used then as well.
One other time a quitclaim might be used is when a title insurance company finds a potential additional owner of a property and wants to make certain that this person doesn't make a future claim of ownership. In that case, the insurance company would ask that person to sign a quitclaim deed.
It is important to recognize that a quitclaim deed impacts only the ownership of the house and the name on the deed, not the mortgage. For instance, in the case of a divorce, if both spouses' names are on the home loan, they are still both responsible for the loan even if a quitclaim deed has been filed.
Quitclaim Deed Basics
The rules about how a quitclaim is handled vary by jurisdiction, but generally you need to include the legal description of the real estate being transferred, the date of the transfer and the names of the "grantor" and "grantee." Not all states require you to record a quitclaim deed, but it's wise to have the deed signed by all parties in front of a notary public, copied and recorded at the county clerk's office.

I divorced my husband he gave me ahouse during the divorce and his names are on the tittle what do why need to do to put it in my names

See a lawyer (you probably already have one). If he agreed to this, or it was a court order, there should not be any reluctance to sign the papers transferring title. There may be taxes to pay on that, so I hope there was an agreement there too.

Know combination, but cannot open sentry safe 1250

If you know the combination:

1) Turn the dial to the left a few complete rounds, then stop on 1st number.
2) Turning the dial to the right, pass up the 2nd number once, then stop on it on the next round.
3) Turn the dial to the left directly to the 3rd number then stop.

The handle should open now.

I am trying to mount a plasma television, and i need to see if it is safe to run my data cables from my receiver to the television behind the wall. 1. Will it pass an inspection when I sell the house and...

You are correct in having concerns. Many articles on the web say cut two holes, run the wiring and you're done. This is incorrect, unsafe, and can void your insurance policy in case of a fire.

Many local building codes are based on the National Electrical Code (NEC).

First, the NEC does not allow flexible power cords (or extension cords) to be mounted inside of walls. This means you can't run the TV power cord inside the wall. So a new AC wall socket will have to be installed where it will be hidden by the plasma when mounted.

Second, all wiring run inside a wall must be rated by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) as Class 3, or CL-3. This means the cables between your cable box, DVD player, etc. must all be UL CL-3 rated. Fortunately, CL-3 rated HDMI, Component, Coax, and other cables are available. They are just a little harder to find and will cost a little more.

Third, make sure the wall mount you purchase can handle the weight of your plasma and is securely bolted into the wall studs.

If you follow this advice, you will pass inspection by even the most picky home inspectors and insurance companies.
