For over two months now i have been on the phone with dell and best buy trying to figure out why the service tag is not recognized. When i try to put the service tag in it says not bought in the united states how can i rememdy that problem thanks taunya thompson
Take it back and get them to give you a working machine. Dont leave the shop until its demonstrated to you.........
