Everytime im calling, i cant hear anything in the earpiece, but when i use the headset or loudspeaker then the sounds are clear and working fine

Your speaker has went out. You will need to get a replacement. If you have insurance on the phone, your replacement will be a lot cheaper.

When i make a call cant hear anything but when i switch to loudspeaker its working can u help

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Change the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved.

Take care.

Calling problems

There is no problem with your phone's main speaker from where you can hear your ringer, tones and media files, including calls put on loudspeaker. The problem is the ear piece speaker of your phone.
