Question about E-Machines M6810 Notebook
Thank you for contacting Fixya. This is Anil.
I understand that you want to reset your Emachines 6810 computer back to factory settings.
I will be glad to help you with it. Please follow the below mentioned steps to perform full factory restore:
Turn Off the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10" key, i.e Alt+f10, it will open the recovery console, select full factory restore and follow onscreen instruction. NOTE: This will erase all the datas on the computer.
I believe the above resolution should resolve the issue, however, if the issue still persists, please contact us with the below mentioned details:
1. Do you receive any error messages? If so, please mentione it.
2. Have you made any changes to the computer?
We will be glad to help you.
