Question about Sentry Fireproof Safe
Hello. Remove the battery and clean the battery terminals with the eraser end of a common pencil. Then get a new battery that you know is fully charged. Put that new battery in and your safe should open. If it still will not open, your only choice is to call a lock smith. J.
