Question about LG WM1814CW Front Load Washer
Water is not draining from the machine. Pump noise is very loud
Two things to check. One the filter in the lower left front of the machine. Forin objects will be trapped there and build up stuff and block water flow. If you cleaned it up and it is still noisey then you will need to remove the water pump from the machine. most likely the blades have gotten damaged. I have replace my pump two times in the five years we have had our machine. The pump can be purchased for around $60 and you can replace it in an hour. www.repairclinic.com will have the part.
